Dear Colleagues,
Because of the minimal response from prosthetists, as well as a general lack
of interest on the part of surgeons, it seems this topic may be of less
interest than I and others had imagined.
I posted a similar idea about three years ago with the same limited
response.
Therefore, I guess we will all do the best we can with what we have.
