Thanks to all who responded. Here there are below
Standard tri-lam (puff/PPT/puff) is perfect for top layer. Regarding
structural material I'd suggest rigidity is unnecessary overwhelming
majority of pathologies. What is desirable is high density. The
material can bend, twist, etc. but it must not compress. Any high
density/hard crepe (Acor's EFM works nicely).
Try American Plastics. They have exactly what you're looking for and
will
cut an entire order of any size, variety to your specs for $3.50.
Try Prime Materials... we have ordered from them and have been impressed
with their materials.
look up ACOR they have a tri-lam with various thickness(es)
also do you have a SPS catalog? they have already laminated tri-lam and
crepe or cork 'blocks' in various lengths too.
now if you are looking for a bi-lam and with crepe,
again, SPS has a laminated puff+ppt crepe sold
separately. but try the 'blocks' first.
we have many materials that will work for you. We also can make any
custom sheet you would like. I will send you samples of the materials
and once you decide with your doctor which will work, we can send you
some samples to play with. You can also visit our website for a better
overview of what we have available for you.
