I thought those of you interested in the Harmony perspiration issue might
enjoy reading a response from one of my patients. He has been experimenting and
may have achieved a bit of improvement with the excessive perspiration that he
has experienced.

The following is the e-mail received from my patient:

I have been trying to fold the top of the sheath back around the top of the
liner so it is tucked in between the liner and the skin. This is a lot more
comfortable and seems to be working so far. Granted I have not been as active
this week as I have been for the past few weeks with summer camps at the museum
over, but I do notice a difference and even a wet spot on my shoe sock where
the air is vented out. I don’t recall seeing this occur before. I hope this
is all it will take to help with the perspiration problem. I’ll keep you
updated. I have not tried using a deodorant yet for concern of skin irritation.
