Hi i have a 36 year old patient with T9 complete Paraplegia. Injury is just 7weeks old. He is an in-patient in SPINAL UNIT and would be discharged in 2weeks. Currently physios are helping to strengthen his upperlimbs for transfer. Even after discharge patient would be seeing physios 3times a week for training. One of the Orthopaedic Surgeons have asked for an RGO or ARGO. Patient doesnt has any power below T9 but he is very focused & keen to start mobilising. I couldnt get much help from the articles on internet and im very confused about anything would help at this stage. Your suggestions and ideas would be much appreciated on this particular case.
Thanks
