Hello list members ,
I would like to know differnt options practitioners use today to address
Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction ( PTTD ), besides Arizona and Richie
brace. Often times patients complain of excessive pressure on the medial
aspect of foot and ankle .This sometimes leads to pressure wounds and hence
patients discarding the orthosis especially in the third stage of
dysfunction. If there are any ideass floating that are more effective and
can be more comfortable to patient please let me know. Thanks.
