Please mark your calendars for another exciting Midwest Chapter AAOP Summer
Scientific Seminar occurring June 2-4 2005. This year's meeting takes place at
the beautiful Lisle Wyndham Hotel in Lisle, IL just west of Chicago.
As has become accustomed with the Midwest Chapter meetings, we will be
offering another ground breaking symposium. This year's topic is: Practitioner's
Experience With VASS Technology. Four separate presenters will discuss their
experiences with a variety of different systems followed by a panel
discussion. Hear about real life successes and failures from practitioners who utilize
this technology in their every day practices.
New this year is our Resident's Forum which will showcase four residency
research projects which attendees will vote for the most interesting. The winner
of this competition will receive the chapter's Gunther Gehl Scholarship.
Dennis Clark CPO FAAOP offers his passionate, and often moving experience in
treating our Gulf War Veterans at Walter Reed Medical Center. This is an
exciting topic which will certainly impact our profession in the way we practice.
The chapter's annual golf outing benefiting the Dale Yasukawa Memorial Fund
will tee off on Thursday June 2nd. Watch for specific course and time
information with the agenda mailing.
Manufacturers: some limited exhibit space is still available! Contact Carol
Mitchell at <Email Address Redacted>
(mailto:<Email Address Redacted>) for more information.
Agenda and registration materials can be acquired from our Chapter President
Daniel Hasso CPO at <Email Address Redacted>
