Dear list-serve

I have a special situation that requires some help.
I have a 417 lb lady that is 5 months pregnant and
needs to support her abdomen. She gets back pain too
but c/o of distal fold hanging too low over her
mid-thighs. This gives her difficult going up stairs
and things of the like. She likes the Mother to Be
Maternity garment sold through most vendors however...
She is Large so she needs a TLSO sized warm and form
posterior panel and a pocket for it. Anterior side
she needs about 9.5 wide band to actually grab the
distal fold. We measure 74 around and 78 slightly
diag. circum. We are thinking we may need a TLSO like
shoulder straps to be retro fitted as suspenders to
help suspend. If any one can suggest any solutions
raw materials to use, solutions that wouldn't require
the use of dismantling several types of orthoses and
overall a different binder that can be used for a
person this size. She is cash pay and has limited
funds. as if that wasn't enough...but anyways will
share response with any one interested.

Thanks in advance
