The Barr Foundation would like to take the opportunity to thank the
following national O&P publications for their generosity in providing year
end ad placements for 2004.

The O&P Edge
The O&P Business News
The O&P World
ActiveLiving
BioMechanics
InMotion Magazine

The advertisement, which was duplicated from the AOPA most recent meeting
abstract presentation, was to further recognize the contributions made by
individuals, facilities and major manufactures whom donated components,
supplies and money for the Barr Foundation's on-going domestic and
international assistance efforts and in providing prosthetic rehabilitation
to those whom otherwise, had no financial resources.

The advertisement is also posted on the Barr Foundation's work ( BF @ Work
) link at www.ertlreconstruction.com

Missing is the recognition of the O&P Almanac ( the magazine for the
orthotics & prosthetics industry ) who unfortunately, required compensation
from our organization to properly thank and further recognize the
contributions made by their readers and AOPA members.

The Barr Foundation's Hope Donors, 150 sponsoring prosthetists and over 40
of the major manufacturer of prosthetic component and supplies (seen on
www.oandp.com/barr) have assisted us to successfully provide prosthetic
rehabilitation to over 980 amputees in 42 states and 8 foreign countries and
helped us help them regain their dignity and independency by becoming Whole
Again.

Thank you,

Anthony T. Barr
