Hello everyone, I am seriously pursuing the future sale of my one-man
prosthetics practice in San Antonio, Texas. The continuing CMS Region C audits and
the very unexpected death of my Mother-in-law / Office Manager last week have
convinced me that after thirteen years of practicing my way, it is time for
me to work for someone else so I can spend more time as a practitioner and
less time fighting with third party payors.
This could be an opportunity for an existing company to grow or for someone
wanting to do their own thing their way, just as I have for the last thirteen
years. I am open to reasonable offers that do NOT include ANY Earn Out
clauses or conditions. This practice has been very successful for me the past
thirteen years because I took care of the patients and they took care of me! If
you buy it and are successful running it your way, then good for you. If you
run it into the ground because you decide run it poorly, that will be your
right because YOU own it.
I call things the way I see them, and I do not hesitate to state the truth
regardless of how painful it could be for me or others. If you cannot talk and
deal honestly, then do not waste your time or mine.
If you are seriously interested in purchasing this practice within the next
three months, contact me by e-mail at <Email Address Redacted>
(mailto:<Email Address Redacted>) . Don't call my office, I'm too busy taking care of other business
during normal business hours.
I will respond as soon as I can.
