Friends and Colleagues,
Choose to honor your loved ones this holiday season by making a
year-end, tax-deductible donation in their name to OPAF (Orthotic and
Prosthetic Assistance Fund), the official philanthropy of the O&P
Community.
Your loved ones will appreciate your decision to honor them in
cooperation with a charity whose direct-service programs this year have
reached MORE users of orthoses and prostheses than EVER before!
You'll have the satisfaction of knowing that your donation will go
directly to community programs that help to enable individuals with
physical disabilities - especially those served by members of the
orthotics and prosthetics community - to enjoy the rewards of personal
achievement, physical fitness, and social interaction.
Make a memorial donation in remembrance of a loved one whose life
deserves to be remembered by the O&P community. A donation to OPAF is
also a great choice for end-of-the-year charitable gift giving.
OPAF will send you a formal acknowledgement of your generosity. (All
donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.) OPAF will
also send your recipients a formal letter that announces your gift.
Don't delay.... you must give by December 31 to claim your tax
deduction for 2004.
Thank you for your generosity.
Donate now simply by calling OPAF at (202) 223-2878 or by sending your
contribution to OPAF at:
Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund, Inc. (OPAF)
1666 K Street NW, Suite 440
Washington, DC 20006
Sincerely,
The Development Committee
of the Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistance Fund
Michael Burton, Committee Co-Chair and OPAF President-Elect
Jennifer Fayter, Committee Co-Chair and OPAF Vice President
Jack Richmond, OPAF President
Elizabeth Mansfield, OPAF Director At-Large
Jeff Reznick, OPAF Executive Director
P.S. Please share this email to friends and family who understand and
appreciate the value that O&P brings to the lives of individuals with
physical disabilities.
