The Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistance Fund, OPAF, offers the following
information in cooperation with Meharry Medical College and the Journal
of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved
as a public service announcement, PSA, that helps to fulfill OPAF's
official representation of the fields of orthotics and prosthetics in
community and philanthropic circles.

This information will be of interest to those engaged in the subject of
health disparities and socio-economic dimensions of this problem,
particularly attitudes toward Type 2 diabetes.
