Dear Hope Donor Member,
In preperation of our poster display entry for the upcoming AOPA meeting
September 20-23 , we are assembling a 4' X 8' collage of photographs
taken of individual recipients of our domestic and third world assistance
efforts made possible by O&P component and supply manufactures (listed
below).
As current and past Hope Donors Members of the Barr Foundation, your
company/organization has qualified to be included in our poster
presentation.
We request a electronic file of your current corprorate logo and
authorization to utilize it in the presentation.
Please send it asap via the instructions below if you would like to be
included.
The entry will also be published in the various publications of the national
O&P media in recognition of your contributions to amputees worldwide and
provided to you for your offices and newsletters at your request.
Purpose of Entry:
It's important for the public, industry members and the O&P
practitioners, to be informed that manufacturers , often times mislabeled
insensitive to the needs of amputees whom have no financial resources, are
humanitarians and whose generosity, thru the Barr Foundation, has helped
nearly 1000 indigent individuals receive proper treatment and successful
prosthetic rehabilitation .This has been accomplished in a coordinated
effort that not only provides initial treatment, but sustainability for
ongoing treatment.
The Barr Foundation's Where Hope Meets Help Donors , represent over 100 of
the major prosthetic component /supply manufactures in the world.

you that your application for presenting a poster display has been accepted
into 2004 National Assembly program in Hollywood, Florida - September 20-23
at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa.
Specifically, your presentation Where Hope Meets Help has been scheduled
to be displayed in the exhibit hall for the duration of the tradeshow. The
clinical sessions workgroup has asked that your presentation strive to focus
on the individuals who have received treatment from the generosity among the
O&P community. Your poster must be prepared and ready for display by the
