The Golia footplate is available at S&G Orthotics. Phone 718-456-3006

Was manufactured by Sal Golia from New York. Not sure if he is still working
or making them.

I know of a Golia T-nut from S&G Orthopedic Products 718-456-3006. Don't
know if this is what you need.

We did use the Golia foot plate and liked it. It is no longer being made. We
use a custom fabricated foot plate using copoly and the stirup built in.
