Dear Colleagues
There is still time to register to attend one of the best state professional
meetings in the nation. Last year we had over 325 registrants and 60
suppliers at St. Augustine's World Golf Resort. This year our meeting is
located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in the Hyatt Regency Coconut
Point Resort and Spa in the beautiful Bonita Springs Florida.
Our meeting agenda offers great diversity of continuing education
opportunities specifically designed to suit the needs of all levels of O and
P providers including o and p technical education. Our fees are some of the
lowest and our hotel rate is terrific at $99 per night. Some of the
highlights of the meeting include:
* 20 ABC credits awarded, great scientific talks from several
Florida Orthopedists and other health care and business experts.
* Offering All of the mandatory course work necessary to
maintain Florida state licensure
* Concurrent sessions for those already meeting the mandatory
requirements
* 6 half day workshops offering 3 ½ credit hours for each, go
to the beach or play golf in the afternoon
* Exhibitor sponsored cocktail party on Thursday evening 5 to
7pm
* One full day workshop offering 71/2 credit hours
* Florida approved 8 hour Diabetic Shoe course for fitters
licensure requirement
* One day Technical program
* 60 exhibitors showing all of the latest in technology
(credits awarded for visiting suppliers tables)
* Great hotel rates $99 per night, hotel on the water
* Hotel owns a private island beach and has shuttles running
out to beach all day
* Hotel owns and operates 18 hole Raymond Floyd designed golf
course
* Continental breakfast and lunch provided each day.
* Friday night banquet Poolside with entertainment from Fog
Wish This first class event is a wonderful annual family tradition with
music and dance.
Don't miss this family centered annual State meeting. Many
practitioners enjoy this meeting more that the national meetings. For
