Hi all, if your having problems with evenly heating your plastic or getting
bubbles in your plastic here are a few things that I know might help.
Check your oven for cold spots this is a good culprit for unevenly heated
plastic as well as cracking during production.
For bubbles elevate your plastic in the oven with a Thermoplastic Heating
Frame and using open air teflon. This allows the plastic to heat up evenly
and the open air teflon allows the air to escape thus no bubbles.
Please add to this list, the more little tricks we all share the easier our
lives will be.
