Hello! I was given this list serve address by a very nice practitioner who thought someone may have some suggestions for me. I am 39 years old and was born with PFFD which basically resulted in my thigh being very short and caused me to have to wear a straight legged prosthesis (my toes are pointed like a ballerina and because, in this position they are about level with the middle of my shin of my good leg, my prosthesis doesn't bend) Well, to make a long story a little shorter, I have worn the same prosthesis my whole life. Even though I do really well with this design, I am in the market for a new leg and wanted to know if there is anyone out there who has any experience with my type of situation. Thank you so much for any information anyone might be willing to share with me!! Lisa
