I have discovered that Joint Jacks company only do orthosis for finger
contractures. Ultraflex seems to be the place to get a custom device to
address both an elbow and supination contracture at the same time, but that
is a costly solution. There are many different types of off the shelf elbow
contracture devices with flexion stops, if you're not concerned with the
supination, and we can also do a custom design with one of many different
ROM joints. The responses are posted. Thanks to everyone who responded.

try an ultraflex instead with a Supinator unit added

Sounds like it might be JAS - Joint Active Systems - a line of contracture
management devices

UltraFlex can be custom, you can get the joints and construct the item
yourself using the joints, or there is an off the shelf for many common
uses. I haven't been as pleased with the off the shelf. I almost always use
the custom because they work.

I have not heard of that particular brace, but try a compnay called Exotech.
They have something similar that will achieve your goals I believe

I suspect your doctor is requesting an adjustable ratchet type articulation
with incremental adjustability to slowly extend the elbow.

Sounds like a turnbuckle orthosis...can make one, or check out
catalogues...not sure who sells them prefab...sammons preston, alimed, those
types of companies...

Check the Sammons Preston Catalog for turnbuckle type devices. A more
dynamic solution would be an EO with ultraflex elbow joints.
