seminar at the Hilton, you must register by Friday, May 7!

With the recent coding changes, additions and deletions, you can't
afford to miss this seminar. The AOPA experts will provide tips to
avoid fraud and abuse situations as well as the latest Medicare
regulations. This interactive seminar will allow you to walk away with
a confident understanding of the appropriate codes for orthotics,
prosthetics and shoes. Register at www.aopanet.org or call (571)
431-0876, ext. 235.

In addition to the seminar, coding help is also available in the form of
the 2004 Illustrated Guide. As new coding changes were implemented
April 1, many find the Medicare billing process confusing. To remedy the
confusion, AOPA recently released the new 2004 AOPA Illustrated Guide,
which includes the latest 2004 codes.

The Illustrated Guide is a picture guide specific to O&P, providing
detailed illustrations of O&P devices, their official Medicare
descriptors, as well as an AOPA interpretation of each code. It also
features separate sections for O&P devices, glossary, and an overview of
the L-code system.

The 2004 AOPA Illustrated Guide is available at (301) 362-6910 or online
at www.aopanet.org.
