Chopart amputations?

Text:

I recently received a new Chopart amputee. The patient is a diabetic, but
reason of amputation was traumatic. Residual limb has healed reasonable well.
Amputee is not ready for me to start.

I am familiar with the designs in the past that have medial opening and
posterior opening artificial limbs. Is there a more current designed socket that
will address the Chopart configuration? Additionally I would like to provide
shrinkers for this patient. Who is providing Chopart shrinkers in a reasonable
time period?

I will post results. Thank you in advance for your time and thoughts.
