Dear List,
Thanks to all who have responded, and those who read with interest. I have
received lots of replies and true to form, appear to have opened another can
of worms!!! It seems there is some contention between OB and Streifeneder. I
am able to get into enough trouble over here, without taking on Europe and
the rest of the world. That being the case, I will simply summarize the
replies, and intone and or interject NO personal slant/bias/thoughts or
feelings... not even a humble opinion this time!!!
Some people in the US report having heard of the Streifeneder product line,
and wonder if they are selling in the US now.
Some people in Europe and Australia report having had good luck and money
savings using Streifeneder products, and report that they continue to use
them successfully.
Some people in Europe report that S-products are a knock-off of OB products,
some report that they are not, and that Streifeneder used to make products
for OB.
Some people in Europe say they do not like Streifeneder products.
This is a sincere attempt to accurately recount the messages I have
received, I'm sure people can understand my reluctance to spin the issue one
way or the other. I guess I will hold on making any conclusions until I have
personal experience one way or the other with the product. Thanks to all who
responded, once again.
Sincerely,
Justin Foster
