TLSO codes

Hello List
Our facility has spent many hours throughout the year looking at the new
spine codes and their descriptors, following changes on the CMS web site with
regard to allowables, new K-codes, looking at the SADMERC's Product Classification
List, etc. etc. We are reviewing AOPA's TLSO Matrix. We have had many
discussions among our practitioners. Is there any kind of consensus out there as to
what constitutes a modular segmented spinal system? Can anyone give me an
example of a 3 or 4 panel version? I'm not asking for facts, just opinions as to
a specific product that would be an example. If this is not the forum for
this, kindly let me know.
