I am looking for bracing options for a young man with Charcot-Marie-Toth. He
has a fixed ankle deformity,18 degrees of varus, and cavus arch with supinated
forefoot. Dorsiflexion is -5 degrees to plantargrade when the knee is
extended. The lateral aspect of the foot is the only wt.bearing surface. He has not
previously worn any type of orthosis. If you have had good results with an
approach to this type of situation I would appreciate hearing from you.
