There has been a little confusion on this post. I should have clarified
that I was asking about orthotic treatment for juvenile patients with
kyphosis not adults. Thanks to all that have responded so far. Terry

What is the current feelings of the list members on the orthotic
treatment of kyphosis? As a traditionalist I am still using a CTLSO
(Milwaukee) with a low profile neck ring, kyphosis pads and sometime
the pectoral pads/bar from a CASH orthosis as a sternal force. But the
neck ring can be a pain, both figuratively and literally. How
successful have you been using other designs such as TLSOs with anterior
sternal bars, etc.? Terry Supan, CPO, FAAOP
