Does anyone out there have as much a problem with DAW Industries making phone solicitation calls as I do?
I have told DAW numerous times to stop calling my office to make sales pitches about their products and they just will not stop. After three interuptions while seeing patients in the past few weeks with the sales person telling my receptionist that I was expecting the call, I am now past the point of tolerating the DAW program so I am wondering am I the only person effected by this.
To make matters worse, the person on the other side of the phone trying to close a sale is making specific clincial claims about the product, but when you ask them to send you literature or clinical data to prove the claims, all you get is a catalog page and more phone calls. DAW appears to take the lead at making unsubstantiated claims about products without providing any clinical detail or follow-up.
Am I the only one that finds the DAW sales approach to be a little offensive and degrading to our industry?
