PRAFO question.

Dear colleagues,
I have a quick question and my grey matter doesn't seem to remember the
answer.
I have a homebound patient with an Rx for bilateral PRAFO's the diagnosis
given is to prevent further foot drop and greater contracture. No mention of
decubitis, even though this obviously would be the case for this bedridden
patient.
He is a Medicare patient.
Opinions or observations would be appreciated as to wether Medicare will
allow the Dx of Drop Foot & Ankle Contracture and pay for these orthoses.
Thanks in advance.
