Forgive me, I should have added that I am aware that Kurt Collier is an
amputee as well as a practitioner, but I think he is more allied with the
professionals perceputally than with amputees themselves. Not trying to
degrade Kurt's good works or ACA, but the fact is, ACA needs more and
stronger solo-amputee leadership and still needs to push on advocacy as
we move along with neg-reg finalization, state licensing, pt and ot
