Hello all,
We are currently working with a moderately active transfemoral patient and
are switching him over from a pin lock to a lanyard lock as well as to the
C-leg. We have had problems using the Ohio Willow Wood lanyard system as we
get air leakage through the hole where the lanyard runs. It makes an
annoying (and loud) swishing during ambulation, so we're looking for
alternative lanyard systems. The patient likes being able to pull in during
donning. I'm aware of Ossur's lanyard system, but remember the fabrication
hassles from my tech days. The Coyote lock is another option, but clearance
is not really an issue. Beside using webbing and velcro, are there other
lanyard systems out there?

Thanks in advance.
