Hi Everybody:

I have a pt that is in need of ML stabilization for his very, very short
TTA. Pt stands about 6'2 and is left with 2 of tibia distal to the
tubercule. Pt has, with some success, used a SC socket with a locking liner
and a dynamic response foot. Myself and the physician would like more
stabilization. I'd like to avoid joints and corset. My thoughts are either
a laminated thigh cuff or a KO laminated to the prosthesis. Since I have
not personally done one like this I'd appreciate some feed back from those
who have. Specifically: How did you test fit it? What would you change?
What issues blindsided you during follow up? Any other ideas for getting
this guy going? I'll compile and post responses.

Sincerely,

John R. Warren CP, LP
