To the US List,
If you feel as I do, instead of complaining to the list, complain to the
Office of the Inspector General, Medicare, Medicaid, & your Senators &
Congressmen(women). It will take you approx. 20-30 minutes to gather
the info needed - ads, flyers, articles, etc., on the program, & 20-30
minutes to send them to the appropriate addresses for the above
mentioned offices. I'm not sure, but I feel as if there is more than
one area being violated with the program. Not sure if it violates
anti-kick back laws or other statutes, but I feel any program that
induces one to use componentry on a patient just for the monetary gain &
quotas involved has to be in violation of one or more statues. My
personal opinion, but one that I will follow up on.
Thank you,
E. Reed Coleman, C.P., L.P.O.
