I agree with Robert wholeheartedly. Ivan Sabel had the foresight to do just
this very thing almost 2 yrs ago. Granted it was for different reasons, but
he suggested we not purchase Ossur products because of their business
practices, and isn't that what we're really discussing here.
I also have another interesting observation and would like to know if anyone
else has had this experience. Ohio Willow Wood (OWW) has a practice with
nearly the very same characteristics. They have contacted patients of ours
directly, to go to Ohio for them to work on. One of the patients in my area
of responsibility went and was very un-impressed.
Seems to be a pattern happening in our industry.
