HI,

I was going to use the Fillauer # 023093 knee joints.Adjustable
extension lock.no longer available! I want to incorporate in a knee
orthosis to limit flexion and extension in the following way. When the
drop lock is engaged, I want to allow free ROM between 165 and 180
degrees (just enough knee flexion during swing to clear foot). When the
drop lock is lifted, allow complete flexion for sitting.

Any suggestions to allow a slight bit of flexion during swing? Don't
bother with stance control joints (he would be ideal for the UTX or
Freewalk), no funding for that. With the Fillauer, what I have done in
the past is grind away between the slots that set the flexion angle to
give a few degrees of flexion.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
