Original question:
Are there any tricks to prevent a flexible outer finishing (skin) from
inflating due to air being forced inside the covering by a gel locking
liner and pin suspension?
Thank you everyone who replied. Seems there are several easy tricks.
You can add some pin sized holes (using a safety pin) around the release
pin or create a small wick under the covering to the proximal brim.
Both suggestions resolve any cosmetic concerns. Thanks again!
