Problems Sending Opinions on 10-Year Freeze

Some O&P professionals have had difficulty logging on to AOPA's Capwiz
site to register their opinion on the Senate Medicare proposal that
would freeze O&P payments for the next ten years. The link to this site
was provided in yesterday's AOPA action alert.

AOPA wants to inform those of you who have had difficulty that the
problem rests with the Capwiz site (You are doing everything right.)
The Capwiz server has been inundated with hits.

If you continue to have problems directly accessing the Capwiz web site,
you should access the site through AOPA's web page, www.aopanet.org.
This path has proven more reliable. Once you are at AOPA's web site,
click on Government Relations in the left hand column and then click
on Legislative Action Center. All visitors to the site can view the
public information at AOPA's Legislative Action Center.

We sincerely appreciate your efforts to contact key lawmakers in
Washington on this vitally important issue.
