ATTENTION O&P LISTSERVE READERS:
This is not just for Academy members . . . not just for ABC certifees . . . not just for practitioners.
Every U.S. voter who reads the O&P listserve can help.
I would like you to devote 45 seconds of your time to help the O&P profession. I'm not kidding -- it will literally take you less than a minute to visit our website and send a letter to your congressman in support of Project Quantum Leap, the most important initiative undertaken by the Academy in its 30-year history.
The letter has been written (you can change a sentence or two if you desire). All you need to do is enter your home zip code to identify your congressman, fill out your name and address (so your Representative knows you are in their district) and hit the Submit button.
Please do it now before you forget. IT'S IMPORTANT!!!! Visit the Academy's website at www.oandp.org and click on Write to Congress.
Your letter can make a difference. Every email from a constituent is read (and most are answered). A copy of your letter will automatically be sent to the Academy and we'll take a paper copy of it when we visit the Hill in April. I would like to have a large portion of the listserve's readers indicate their support for Project Quantum Leap.
The Academy would also like to thank NAAOP for sharing their technology tools which make this letter-writing process so easy.
