Original post: Do you have a lead on rubber sanding drums? We've had the
centrifugal type for years and they're starting to let the sandpaper
slip. Do you prefer the pneumatic style? Do you recall your source of
these drums? The ones we need to replace are 8 wide by 6 diameter and
8 wide by 3 ¼ diameter with a 1 spindle. Thanks!

We used to get drums from Sand-Rite in Chicago. If you can't find them
let me know and I go back to old files for an address and/or phone #
We had to replace the bladder on our 6 dia. SadnRite about a year ago.
At that time Cascade carried the parts.
 
You can try the best sanding drums from Ottobock,these are the best and
available in variety of different choices and mode of work,visit their
web site and ask them ur demand according to the nature of ur work,i
hope you will be able to get the perfect replacement.

Check with McMaster-Carr or Grainer. If you don't have one of there
catalogs already, get one!
 
I beleive Fillauer carries the pneumatic ones. I have had good results
with
