Thanks to everyony who replied to my question. Earl Fogler, C.P.

DAW has a skin set up for various split toe options. If I were you I would
call Ronnie Graves at PRS and get them to fix you up with a solution. They
have spent alot of time in the finishing skin booth and I am sure they willl
find a viable answer.

In the UK both Blatchford (Endolite) and RSL Steepers manufacture these type
of skins at very reasonable prices, both of which would be long enough for a
KD. If memory serves correctly, the Blatchford has a split toe, both
companies have websites with info , and would probably custom make them too.
Good luck,

Vicky Jarvis CPO, Norway

We ate PRS can make a custon skin sleeve over her limb that would
incorporate her split toe. Please call 800-952-6744 and ask for customer
service. Donnie Foster is the production manager and he should be able to
help.
Thank you,
Ronnie graves

Both DAW and Kingsley have roll-on covers with split toes.

Kind Regards,

Errol Lishman CPO

From what your saying you may consider custom skin.  PRS (800-952-6744) has
E-Z skin that can be bought in quarts and gallons.  Pull 2 or 3 finishing
nylons over leg and superglue around mid foot and proximal boarder.  Cut
excess off toe area of foot.  You can then use a router to skive the edge on
the foot being careful not to catch the nylon.  That will give you your
exposed toe's.  Hang the prox nylons from ceiling and mix e-z skin with
normal pigments (don't over do it but I have never had a curing problem
before) using what ever pigments to match skin color and paint the skin on.
This should take about three or four coats including foot.  Make sure that
once the skin starts to dry per coat that you let it (about 10 - 20 min) so
that you don't end up pulling the layer(once that happens it's difficult to
fix it and may need to start over) if it starts to pull stop and let it dry.
Also make sure your in a well ventilated area preferably under an good
exhaust fan  The only thing at this point to look out for is that to many
coats will make the leg shinny.  The whole process usually takes about3-
4hrs not including shaping the cover
