My data is a few years old and certainly prior to BOC starting the BOCP
program, but I recall that women made up only 7% of all Prosthetists.
And, by the way, women don't use that term. We say Prosthetic
Practitioner. That's one rule I learned REAL fast.
What do you do for a living?
I'm a Prosthetist.
Woman just can't say that word clearly enough! I even had an
Anesthesiologist swallow hard with that reply! :-)
ABC should have the updated statistic.
