I am an Orthotist and I really don't use alginate for anything, but now
I need to for a very detailed reproduction of a hand. I am using the
COE alginate that comes from PEL. My problem is the air bubbles.they
are not bad, but what can I do to make them minimal?
1) Is there an optimal mixing ratio?
2) Should it be mixed by hand or can I use an auger?
3) Does one method reduce the air bubbles?
Any tips and info would be appreciated.
