I think Townsend has a locked knee orthosis.

You may be thinking of the Scott KO with Bilateral drop locks..

Thanks to all that responded. Looks like Scott and Townsend are the best
bet. I've also found that Freeman has a locking joint option in their soft
goods line of knee orthoses
