A unique opportunity is available for an RTO, RTP, or RTPO needed in the
MSPO Program at the
Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia
The world's first entry-level graduate degree program in Prosthetics and
Orthotics is seeking a full time laboratory technician to manage the
operation of new state of the art fabrication and clinical patient care
laboratories in the Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO)
Program at Georgia Tech. The successful applicant should possess a
Bachelor's degree and two or more years of technical fabrication experience
or an Associate's degree and four or more years of technical fabrication
experience.
Basic computer skills are needed to assist in the development and
instruction of technical fabrication courses. The individual should
possess ABC registration in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics and remain in good
standing with ABC. Familiarity in OSHA and other safety standards is
desirable.
The position offers a competitive salary including a generous university
benefits package.
