Hi folks,
First I'd like to thank all the people who replied to my previous question
about color mixing. I got a lot of really good advice from some very generous
people.
I'm trying to start making prosthetic appliances on a shoestring, and a few
discount items would go a long way. Does anyone have any of these they might
be willing to part with at something lower than market value:
1) A vacuum pump, perhaps one that would work with Factor II's D-212-1 vacuum
chamber. If you have a chamber to go with the pump, that would be great too.
2) A Minolta CR-11 or CR-200 color meter, as these report values in Munsell
notation, which can be used with Bob Erb's color kit.
3) Silicone Art. I'd actually be happy to pay more than market value for
this, as it's not a pricey item. I did order this from Burman and they sent
me their last copy, but thanks to a twist of fate the book was delivered
to the wrong person who is completely untraceable; and I can't seem to find
another copy available on the Internet.
Many thanks,
Zack Brown, Ouroboros Productions

P.S.: I'd also like to thank all the folks who recommended Fundamentals
Of Facial Prosthetics. What a great book! I've been reading it over and
over.
