Cervical contracture?

Does anyone have a suggestion for this patient?
The patient is 81 year old female diagnosis of Parkinson's syndrome. She
presents with marked anterior and lateral cervical flexion contracture (her
chin rests on her L clavicle w/ her R ear nearly resting on her R shoulder).
This flexion can be reduced approximately 50% with aggressive supra
orbital/temporal counter pressure. Details are sketchy; she apparently fell
approximately 3 years ago and has not been able to straighten her neck since.
She is also in a mobile seating system and non ambulatory.
