Below are two email responses, from remaining emails auto messages mailer system, that I had received towards the various methods involved to cosmetically replicate and fabricate foot shell from natural foot of amputee.
Probably there are Hardware / Software to record foot dimensions, color, as well invert / reverse or go through lengthy procedure manually to obtain mold from (L to R or R to L )
Thanks again to the the list members, especially those that responded to my specific interest.

Hello Mr. Sahni;
Replicating foot shapes L to R or R to L is a time consuming process, and requires many molding and carving stages. Generally a silicone rubber moulage cast is made around the unaffected foot, then this mold is used as the basis for creating a series of wax models and finally Gypsum lasts for the construction of the opposite foot shell.
A three-part mold is probably needed to create the final footshell. One medial, one lateral, and one internal section. An interesting new Gypsum product called duoMatrix-Neo, that can be used for molds is available from the Smooth-On company. See additional details at:

Your footshells could then be fabricated out of liquid urethane rubber,PMC-724, in a three-part mold. Include
reinforcing material in the foot shell sole. SO-Strong Color Tints can be added to the liquid urethane for base coloring. You will have to use a Pre-Cote in-mold release agent to achieve a paintable exterior surface on the urethane, for detailed custom coloring, as desired. Product details can be reviewed at:

I trust that this helps somewhat!
