Hi All

A local snow machine customizer has approached me to make a short run of clear plastic brake light covers for some skidoos he's working on. He's asked me to make a positive mold and then vacuform this clear plastic onto it. Easy job but I'm wondering about plastic choice. I've talked to my usual sheet plastic supplier and he's suggested Vivak (co-polyester) but I'm wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions. I'm hoping as well to be able to buy this plastic in a relatively small quantity initially to try a few before getting the usual 4' by 8' sheets. If anyone knows of a supplier of smaller quantities that'd be great too. Any info would be appreciated.

FWIW, once this initial run is complete the job is being farmed out to a mold maker for larger scale production but due to cost I've been approached for this small run.

TIA
