Dear list:
I am in need of a sight, location or contact that can help with the requirements that need to be met in order to be compliant with HIPAA in regards to electronic transfers of information inter-office as well as electronic billing. We are in the process of connecting or offices and I would like to make sure that there compliant before spending a ton of money.
I have been to HIPAA's Sight and am impressed with there jubilation over the simplification of this process, but don't really have the time to go through 6300 pages,three Columns wide of small print, with no index.
