tibial translation in socket

Text:
I have a BKA patient who I have been managing for several years. His
continued complaint is tibial translation within the socket. He has a flabby
residuum and his fibula wings when unsupported. I cannot tighten the socket
distally enough to give a sense of control. 3S suspension has been tried and
the patient rejects it due to heavy perspiration. External sleeve suction has
also been rejected. I am out of prosthetic solutions. Does anybody else have
an extremely active extremely flabby BK that they have been able to resolve.
Is there a revision recommendation that can be made to stabilize this mans
soft tissue?
