Recently the NKS suspension sleeve manufacturer changed its neoprene supplier to one of inferior quality and unpredictable thickness and are now prone to seam splitting. What other sleeves are out there that would hold up to a professional logger? The gel lined style fall apart almost immediately. The NKS lasted 6-8 months per sleeve. This trans-tibial amputee will not accept the 1/4 inch thick neoprene because it bunches behind the knee during flexion, 1/8 inch only. I thank you in advance for your replies.
