Response to Gingras & Gregg emails:
I know I am opening up a can of worms with this response and that Paul will
justifiably shut it down. But, I can't just sit here and not respond to the
irresponsible damning that is going on. Paul, maybe this type of thing
should be shut down before it gets started by those such as Ron & Gregg.
The lack of knowledge demonstrated through their emails and shown through
their damning insinuations , half-truths, etc. about AOPA and its policies
and its role in orthotics and prosthetics are clearly utterly ridiculous.
If such were against an individual, it would be clear grounds for a
defamation of character legal action.
Why don't you people put forth half the effort you expend on these types of
things to learn about AOPA and all the things it does for our field. If you
have to ask, as did Gregg, then you demonstrate that you really don't
care, but just like to blame someone for anything you don't like. AOPA,
like any organization, including AAOP and even the vaunted Barr Institute
are not perfect in all they do. Nor can any organization please everyone.
Let's not continue to use this fine ListServ to carry on personal fight
against one of our organizations. If you really care enough -- GET
INVOLVED!!

Hi Gregg
Don't waste your time asking them to stop NOMA or stock and bill programs.
These organizations have the same agenda. AOPA does not make any bones about
representing manufacturors . I would not be suprised to find out that all
the members of NOMA were AOPA members pehaps even the leaders in AOPA.
