Has anyone else received the following e-mail?
When I did the survey the only questions asked were about what other
manufactures components I used. There were no questions about customer
satisfaction.
When I e-mail back asking where were the questions about customer
satisfaction they never replied.
Was this some joke being played on me?

Dear Orthotist or Prosthetist:
We are conducting a customer satisfaction study with
orthotists and prosthetists on behalf of Otto Bock Health
Care. Your input is extremely valuable, and Otto Bock
Health Care plans to take action based on your feedback and
monitor your satisfaction on an ongoing basis. We estimate
the survey should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to
complete.
If you complete the survey, you will qualify for a
sweepstakes drawing. You have a 1 in 550 chance of winning.
Sweepstakes prizes include: one prize of $2,000, one prize
of $1,000, and five prizes of $100.
