The O & P Edge is publishing an article on how O & P owners and managers can
free up their time for top-priority needs by effectively delegating work and
responsibilities. We would appreciate hearing about what works for you.
How would you answer these questions? Please include your and business
name/place of employment so we may contact you should we want to quote you
for the article or get further comments.

1. Do you find delegating work difficult?

2. What do you attribute this difficulty to? (loss of control, mistakes
being made, poor communication, lack of interest by employees....)

3. What type of work is the hardest to let loose of?

4. Do you feel others are willing to take on new responsibilities or not?

5. Does being cost effective play into your decision on which work you
choose to/or not to delegate?

AND ON THE POSITIVE SIDE:

If you are a great delegator, please share your experience(s) and advice!
What tips do you have for those struggling with sharing the work load?

You may respond to any or all of the above questions. Thank you for
participating. Respond to Jodi Mills at <Email Address Redacted>
